In short: we only collect the details you choose to send us, we use them to reply to your enquiry, and we never sell them. This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics.

This website is run by ENX Group ("we", "us", "our"). We design and build custom software for businesses. If you have any question about this policy or about your information, email us at Sales@enx.com.
2. What information we collect
Information you give us. When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we receive:
- your name and company name;
- your email address;
- your phone or WhatsApp number, if you choose to give it;
- the service or product you are interested in;
- the project details you write in the message box;
- your confirmation that you agree to be contacted.
If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details included in that message, such as your name, email address or phone number.
Information collected automatically. When you send the contact form, the date, time and IP address of the submission are recorded with your enquiry to help us prevent spam and misuse. Like most websites, our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited. These logs are used for security and to keep the website running.
Please do not send sensitive personal information (for example health or financial details) through the contact form.
3. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Our fonts and images are stored on our own website, so visiting a page does not send your information to font or analytics services.
If we add such tools in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
4. How we use your information
We use the information you share to:
- reply to your enquiry and discuss your requirements;
- send you information you ask for, such as product details, brochures or quotations;
- follow up on your enquiry and, if we work together, manage our business relationship;
- keep our website secure and protect it against spam and misuse;
- meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we will not add you to a marketing mailing list unless you separately ask us to.
5. Why we are allowed to use it
We use your information because you have given us your consent by ticking the box on the contact form, and because we need it to respond to your request and take steps you ask for before entering into a contract. In some cases we may also need to keep information to comply with the law.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing Sales@enx.com. This will not affect anything we did with your information before you withdrew it.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share it with:
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as our website hosting provider (Hostinger) and our email provider. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
- WhatsApp, if you choose to contact us that way. Your messages are then also handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
- Authorities or professional advisers, when the law requires it or when needed to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
Some of these providers may store information on servers outside your country. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information stays protected.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond, to follow up and, if we work together, for the length of our business relationship. After that we delete them, unless we must keep certain records for longer for legal, tax or accounting reasons.
8. How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and we limit access to the people who need it to handle your enquiry. No method of sending or storing information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your information;
- stop or limit how we use it, or withdraw your consent.
To make a request, email Sales@enx.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we aim to reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
10. Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, please contact us and we will delete them.
11. Links to other websites
Our website may link to other websites, such as WhatsApp or video platforms. We are not responsible for how those websites handle your information, so please read their privacy policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
